Film sealing device Fermant 4 Flexi, with pneumatic double hole punching device

The Fermant 4 Flexi 2M-PDLS-WØ30 film sealing device is equipped with two magnets for higher contact pressure.

The unit is prepared to accept a pneumatic double punch. The position in front of the rails is adjustable.

The punch is mounted centrally in front of the rails, movable and the distance from the weld seam to the centre of the punch is 25 mm.

Below the sealing bars, containers for punching waste are mounted, which can be adjusted to the position of the punch


The pneumatics are connected directly to the external solenoid valve and work without a pressure reducer.
